Ardhachakrasana
Benefit: works on the waist and side muscles of the body.
How to do the aasana?
- Raise your right arm and place it next to the ear.
- Exhale and bend your body to the left with your arm stretched out.
- Inhale and come up. Repeat the same on the other side.
Natrajasana
Benefits :
- Reduces thighs.
- Shapes calf muscles.
- Strengthens ankles.
- Spread your feet apart
- Bend your knees and raise your heals and stand on the ball of your feet.
- Raise your arms over your head and pull yourself.
- Hold for 10-15 counts. Breath normally.
